Why We Built This Site

- issue a certified copy of an order, docket, or file;
- give legal advice about a case or deadline; or
- guarantee that an office’s hours, fees, or procedures have not changed.
Only the court or clerk holding a DeSoto County record can issue an official or certified copy and confirm the current docket or setting.
